28th August & 4th September: Play Reading & Auditions

Fingers by Ward Rutherford

read through image crpDawlish Repertory Company will be presenting “Fingers” by Ward Rutherford, a gripping thriller directed by Sally Henley, from 5th to 9th March 2019. The reading will take place on 28th August followed by auditions on Tuesday 4th September, both at 7.30pm at the Shaftesbury Theatre. Fingers is described as a two-act psychological thriller with a chilling ending that will leave audiences screaming with fear!

If you would like to find out more about the play, come along to the reading on the 28th August, and if you then would like to try for a part, please come along to the auditions at the Shaftesbury Theatre on the following Tuesday 4th September from 7.30pm. There are parts of different sizes for 3 men and 3 women of all ages. You will meet the director (Sally Henley), find out more about the play itself, and you can ask any questions you might have about the rehearsal process and when the rehearsals start. We will also be delighted to welcome anyone interested in just helping backstage, perhaps with the set or lighting, props or costumes. You do not need to be a member to audition (although if you were offered a part or a role in the production, you would need to join). We hope to see you there!
